 Nutrition and Mental Wellness:

The Path to Becoming The Healthier Version of Yourself

This six week program is designed for you IF you struggle with weight loss, nutrition and managing your mindset, behavior and lifestyle choices.  Do you find yourself wondering WHY you’re unable to release the weight or achieve your wellness goals?  Have you tried a variety of nutrition and weight loss programs and nothing seems to work long term?

Why this program? The connection between mental health, mindset and nutrition often times goes unaddressed.  This program has been created to help you identify the hidden mental and physical roadblocks that are holding you back so you can bridge the gap.  At the completion of the six weeks you will have the necessary tools, strategies and resources to make better choices surrounding self-care, your mindset as well as your health and nutrition.

Each session will be held virtually in a small group from 6pm to 7:30pm pst for six consecutive weeks.

Each week during our live session you will be given small assignments and action items for the following week.

Registration includes: six live weekly group sessions, participant journal, nutrition guides and resources, access to and support from mental health and wellness professionals for the duration of the program.

Program Overview

Week 1- Mental Wellness and Nutrition: Unmasking the Myths, Misconceptions and Stories We Tell Ourselves

During this session we will:

  • Explore your thoughts surrounding food, nutrition and mental wellness
  • Identify the nutritional and mental barriers that are preventing you from reaching your goals
  • Begin to set the stage for the necessary mindset and behavioral shifts


Week 2- Moving Toward Empowering Thoughts and Empowering Foods

During this session we will:

  • Reveal insider secrets regarding food and nutrition
  • Identify how your thoughts and past behaviors impact your relationship with food and your current health goals
  • Discuss the tools and resources needed for your empowerment


Week 3- Making Decisions:  Strategies to Manage and Thrive During Your Day

During this session we will:

  • Determine which foods to choose based on your mental and physical wellness as well as your desires
  • How to balance your schedule, feelings, and food
  • Discover the pathway toward your goals


Week 4- Creating Your Nutrition, Self-Care and Wellness Roadmap Part I 

During this session we will:

  • Discuss and define what self care means for you and how to create an effective routine
  • Begin to lay the foundation for your personalized nutrition plan and wellness roadmap based on your desired lifestyle and overall objectives.


Week 5- Creating Your Nutrition, Self-Care and Wellness Roadmap Part 2 

During this session we will:

  • Review your personalized nutrition plan and wellness roadmap
  • Make revisions where applicable.


Week 6- Bringing it All Together: Applying Your Mental Wellness and Nutrition Strategies

During this session we will:

  • Complete your nutrition, self-care and wellness roadmap
  • Review your strategy and next steps
  • Celebrate your accomplishments
