Participating in the Shred10 program means you will replace one or two meals with the COMPLETE Plant Based protein shakes (or smoothie) daily (for 10 ten days) and follow the recommended shred guidelines (below) plus check in with our shred 10 community daily. Although not required we highly recommend that you add the fruit, veggies and berry plant powders in the capsules (or chewables). Shred 10 INCLUDES THE COMPLETE PROTEIN!
You will see the greatest amount of results when you stick close to the Shred 10 guidelines and nutrition roadmap.
FOR 10 DAYS YOU WILL FOLLOW THESE 10 GUIDELINES:
Drink Enough Water So Your Urine is Clear
Sleep for 7-8 Hours
Exercise Most Days
Replace One or Two Meals Daily with COMPLETE Protein Shake
Eliminate Gluten and Dairy
Eliminate Processed Foods and Refined Sugars
Eliminate Eating After 6:00pm (7:00pm at the Latest)

Follow Shred Menu, Recipes and Nutrition Guidelines
Communicate Regularly with Your Shred Leader and/or Shred Community
How to get started? Commit to doing the Shred10™ for at least 10 days with the group. The best practice is to Shred 10 days of each month.
