Participating in the Shred10 program means you will replace one or two meals with the Complete shakes daily (for 10 ten days) plus check in with our shred 10 community daily. We highly recommend that you add the Juice Plus fruit, veggies and berry capsules (or chewables).
You will see the greatest amount of results when you stick close to the Shred 10 guidelines, add in your Juice Plus shakes and capules (or chewables), follow the menu options provided (the meal plan has several dietary options) and check in with your shred leader daily.
How to get started? Commit to doing the Shred10™ for at least 10 days with the group. The best practice is to Shred 10 days of each month.
Place your order for the COMPLETE shakes and Juice Plus fruits and vegetables (must be placed through Necessary Nutrition). You will receive 60 servings of the COMPLETE protein (it's an all based protein, meal replacement). The Juice Plus fruits and veggies come in a full four month supply.
