Participating in the Shred10 program means you will replace one or two meals with the Complete shakes daily (for 10 ten days) and follow the recommended shred guidelines (below) plus check in with our shred 10 community daily. Although not required to participate in THE SHRED, we highly recommend that you add the Juice Plus fruit, veggies and berry plant powders in the capsules (or chewables). Shred 10 MUST INCLUDE THE COMPLETE PROTEIN!
